The Jefferson City East Side Business Association Welcomes You!

The Jefferson City East Side Business Association (JCESBA) is a community organization dedicated to the preservation and growth of Jefferson City's East Side.

JCESBA is a membership-based organization available to businesses and residents located anywhere in or near Jefferson City, who share a common goal of advancing the East End--thereby improving all of Jefferson City. Through monthly membership meetings, we strive to visit various locations with rotating speakers from our community.

We also provide various benefits to our members. Our focus areas include: business development, beautification, support of nearby schools and nonprofits, historic preservation, providing scholarship to graduating seniors, and shining a light on all the great things the east end has to offer. Thank you for visiting the JCESBA website and your interest in Jefferson City’s east side. The Jefferson City East Side Business Association offers both businesses and residents a unique opportunity to network with others who share the best interests of Jefferson City’s east side and beyond. JCESBA also provides members a chance to be actively involved in community and association activities as well as keep abreast of businesses, developments and projects in the east side of our city.

Please check out the many examples listed here on our website and on our Facebook page of how JCESBA actively engages with and contributes to the community (e.g., scholarships, business grants, Freedom Corner, East McCarty Street/US 50 roundabout, beautification and cleanup projects, Lincoln University and JCSD school support, etc.).

JCESBA welcomes businesses and individuals to join our monthly membership meetings and any of the social and community betterment activities throughout the year. Feel free to contact me or any JCESBA board member with questions or learn more about how you can get involved.

Freedom Corner

You Can Help! Participate in our paver program

The Freedom Corner Veterans Tribute is located at the intersection of High and McCarty Streets. It is a very fitting acknowledgement of the service and sacrifices of our nation's armed forces: past, present and future. The tribute features a 14' tall stone and granite monument, topped by a bronze eagle in flight.
PURCHASE YOUR PAVER
A feature of this tribute is the personalized bricks and stones that have been placed to create the walkway to the monument. You can purchase one of these to recognize a service member or veteran in your family.  Details are available on our Pavers page.
